Moodle is an acronym for "Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment." It is an online educational platform that provides learning environments for students. Teachers can create lessons, interact with other teachers and students, manage courses with Moodle. Also, students can review the class calendar, submit assignments, take quizzes, and interact with their classmates.
Teachers can create virtual classrooms and students can access videos, documents, and tests on this platform.
There are a lot of options for teachers to customize their learning environment. For instance, Some teachers may use Moodle to simply provide documents to students, while others may use it as the primary interface for quizzes and tests.
You need to download and install Moodle on a web server to create a Moodle.
Teachers use their native languages to teach but Moodle works in over 100 languages. So, learners and teachers are able to talk to each other in Moodle and stay in touch through messaging. Also, students can share their ideas in forums and take a look at different ideas and comments.
I haven't started using it yet but I think it is a very good platform for teachers to inspire and support their students.
